At Armature, our innovations tend to grow organically from specific research problems that clients bring to us. Some get used only once. Others prove more versatile and take on lives of their own.
Because we are small and agile, and do not rely on a fixed stable of prefabricated research "products," we have the freedom to test and implement new ways of doing things--from minor tweaks to entirely new ways of approaching market research.
We also believe that some of the most useful innovations can be quiet ones--tiny adjustments in methodology that transform a process into something valuable and new.
